Conveyor belt system with multiple applications. The material is a new
development of the Nowack Company, created in cooperation with both our
customer and our supplier of raw materials.
Details:
- Variable configurations: Conveyor-chain links with different configurations, such as carriers, grippers, rollers for stationary operation, 2-K point components, steel surface, flock-coated, with electrical conductivity/antistatic properties.
- Cross-section of a conveyor belt system:The materials used in the centrally-located conveyor belt include several additives designed to ensure low maintenance. The railing components are made of PA 6 GV 30 material, with pre-fitted bolts and nuts made of V2A.
- Maximum material specifications: Complex materials-handling systems set
demanding requirements when it comes to materials and configuration. The chain follows very tightly-angled curves. - High load capacity: Plastic conveyor chains are subject to enormous load factors and demanding general requirements. The tensile strength of the chain is approximately 3500 N/mm².
